Hi everyone! Welcome to my blog! I'm Jules and I am a 24 years-old born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. I quickly developed a love for fashion and beauty at a young age. However, it was not until high school that my love turned into a passion. Growing up less than an hour away from the city, day trips downtown became one of our favorite pastimes. There was no better feeling than shopping in downtown Chicago and taking note of all the trends I saw on the streets. After spending a semester abroad in Rome, Italy, By Jules Isabel was born July 2015.
